A buenos airesi l\u00e1ncf\u0171r\u00e9szes teh\u00e1t tov\u00e1bb dolgozik, de m\u00e1r nem csak a megszor\u00edt\u00e1sok vannak c\u00e9lkeresztben \u2013 egyre ink\u00e1bb a struktur\u00e1lis \u00e1talak\u00edt\u00e1s \u00e1ll a k\u00f6z\u00e9ppontban.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2><strong>A munka\u00fcgyi reform legfontosabb v\u00e1ltoz\u00e1sai (2026)<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A febru\u00e1rban elfogadott \u00e9s j\u00faniusban r\u00e9szben m\u00e1r hat\u00e1lyba l\u00e9pett <strong>Munka\u00fcgyi Moderniz\u00e1ci\u00f3s T\u00f6rv\u00e9ny<\/strong> (Ley de Modernizaci\u00f3n Laboral) jelent\u0151sen \u00e1talak\u00edtja az argent\u00edn munka vil\u00e1g\u00e1t:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>A napi munkaid\u0151 maximuma <strong>8-r\u00f3l 12 \u00f3r\u00e1ra<\/strong> emelkedhet (heti 38 \u00f3r\u00e1s kereten bel\u00fcl).<\/li><li>Cs\u00f6kkennek a felmond\u00e1si k\u00f6lts\u00e9gek a munk\u00e1ltat\u00f3k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra.<\/li><li>Rugalmasabb\u00e1 v\u00e1lnak a kollekt\u00edv szerz\u0151d\u00e9sek \u00e9s a szakszervezeti szab\u00e1lyok.<\/li><li>\u00daj szab\u00e1lyok vonatkoznak a platformmunk\u00e1sokra (pl. Ugyanakkor egyre t\u00f6bben ismerik el, hogy Argent\u00edna \u00e9vtizedek \u00f3ta nem l\u00e1tott ilyen hat\u00e1rozott reformokat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Milei n\u00e9pszer\u0171s\u00e9ge stabil, a 2025-\u00f6s f\u00e9lid\u0151s v\u00e1laszt\u00e1sokon p\u00e1rtja er\u0151s\u00f6d\u00f6tt, ami nagyobb mozg\u00e1steret ad neki a Kongresszusban.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2026 j\u00faniusa fontos m\u00e9rf\u00f6ldk\u0151 lehet Milei eln\u00f6ks\u00e9g\u00e9ben.
